REGULAR CLASSES
(prices below do NOT include HST)

Skills Class (1 class lasting 1 hour, 1:1 with a coach.)     $50
This is mandatory for ALL new folks to the studio (unless you have been training with CBC over the past year) who plan to take any of the C3 strength and endurance training classes.  Once you have taken the Skills Class, you can purchase the C3 All Inclusive Pass options, 10x cards etc.  

C3 All Inclusive Pass - 1 Month Unlimited            $160
This includes unlimited weekly access to the following classes:
C3 Strength + Endurance, Indoor Cycling, Run Workouts and Open Gym access.
Note: it does NOT include CompuTrainer access.
The pass becomes active on the first day of use, not on the purchase date.

Individual Monthly Coaching + C3 Access Pass                  $280/month
*includes day by day, sport specific training program to follow using Training Peaks software, constant review of program and progression and a C3 All Inclusive Monthly Membership Pass. Option to purchase Compu-Trainer Passes for 25% discount.

Sport Specific Program                                                       $140/month
*includes 1 month of programming to follow based on goals and current fitness level and the option to purchase a C3 All Inclusive Monthly Membership Pass, Indoor Cycling or Compu-Trainer Passes for 25% discount.
Note: excludes ALL 1x drop-in passes!

Individual Monthly Coaching @ The Lab                             $350/month
*includes 1 Blood Lactate Test/month to determine/review HR zones and data, an individual program to follow based on test results and a C3 All Inclusive Monthly Membership Pass. Option to purchase Compu -Trainer Passes for 25% discount.

Virtual/Web Based Individualized Sport Specific Coaching       $200/month
*includes day by day, sport specific training program to follow using Training Peaks software. Access to coach Jen 24/7 via email and constant review of program and progression.

Junior Development Program via the Challenge By Choice Race Team           $100/month
2 Compu Trainer Rides/week, coaching + testing

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PASS

  • Rates DO NOT include HST
  • Rates and Schedule are subject to change at any time with seasonal rates a possibility.  In other words, we hope to decrease them come summer time!
  • There will only be a limited number of passes sold to the gym! A wait list will be created thereafter.
  • We will work hard to add classes based on attendance and demand.  Times may fluctuate until we find the "perfect" schedule.
  • Classes can and will fluctuate from week to week if needed as we strive to offer the most in demand classes at certain times and days of the week.
  • Our goal is to offer packages and coaching that cater to ALL levels of fitness. We will work with you to make YOU as strong and fit as we can in a dynamic environment.
  • Passes are not transferable.
  • Putting your pass on hold or on freeze must be discussed in advance and on a case by case basis! In other words, just because you were sick for 5 days and missed classes does not mean re-embursement. See GETTING STARTED for full policy!
  • A Compu Pass is required to participate in the Compu Class workouts and the Winter Race Series. See RATES for all the details.
