Skills Class 1:1
Learn the Foundations
All new folks to the CBC studio who want to train in the C3 Strength + Endurance Classes MUST take a Skills Class in order to become familiar with the set of basic fundamental movements that you will see during those classes. Once you have attended your Skill Class, you are welcome to purchase a regular monthly membership, drop in card or pass of your choice and be integrated into all regular classes. Every single athlete will continue to improve on these skills and movements each and every time they attend a class. Technique first, strength, power and speed second.
The Skills Class is now a 1hr PRIVATE SESSION with a coach. We've found that this 1:1 athlete/coach format is working best as it allows US time to get to know you better, your goals, your strengths and weaknesses.

Notes #1: we have recently modified the structure of how this works, based on feedback and recommendations. The above description is now the new format for getting you through the Skill Class. It's essentially a personal training session but at a reduced rate. Our goal is to get you integrated into regular classes sooner then later without compromising the learning curve. We also wanted to allow you the opportunity to experience our other programs such as a spin class.
Notes #2: if you have been training with CBC in the past year or come from a Crossfit background, you do not need to take the Skill Class.
