Indoor Cycling

Make your Off-Season Count!

Indoor classes designed for cyclists!

Able to gage cadence/RPM, distance, time, heart rate and calories, train for performance, not just for a workout. With quality training and purposeful workouts during the winter, you will be ready to hammer outside in the spring. Make the off-season count as you train your weakness and develop your strengths.

All indoor cycling classes use the Lemond Revmaster Pro, one of the best indoor spin bikes on the market today. The Revmaster features the tools to train and track with cadence/RPM, heart rate, caloric usage, distance and time. By using cadence as a measurement tool and either adding or subtracting resistance, each athlete can achieve specific training outcomes. Receive immediate personal feedback on your workout as you access performance based indoor cycling training.
Note: Two classes to choose from, each with a different focus. All bikes are SPD compatible. Please bring towel and water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early to set up your bike!

Starting in NOVEMBER - bring your own windtrainer to the Spin Class!
Due to the popularity of our spin classes and our ability to only accommodate 8 people at a time, we are opening up the spin class to people who have their own windtrainer yet who want to come train in a group atmosphere through an instructor led workout!  Passes are available for this option, see the MEMBERSHIP page for details!  Just be sure you arrive a few minutes earlier to set up your windtrainer and bike!  Sign in will be via the SCHEDULE page each time as per usual.
