C4 - Core Class

Coming in October!!!!

During this 1hour class, we will focus our attention on one of the most important elements when it comes to achieving ANY kind of fitness or athletic goal! Having a strong pillar (yes, that being the muscles groups and stabilizers that surround and support your shoulders, pelvic girdle and spine) are essential to developing good posture, power and stability! This is the foundation for overall well being, daily movement and of course, athletic performance!

Each one of us can benefit from improving and training our core, leading to an improvment in our posture, movement patterns and providing relief from low back pain! This class will use a mix of core training exercises combined with aerobic and and anaerobic drills!

Greater efficiency of movement (R O M)

Improved body control and balance

Increased power output from both the core musculature and peripheral muscles such as the shoulders, arms and legs

Reduced risk of injury (the core muscles act as shock absorbers for jumps and rebounds etc.)
