C2 - New Mom's & Extra Focus

Similar to our C3 signature class but a step down in terms of intensity!  This class has been created with new mom's in mind but will be suitable for many individuals who are returning to exercise after injury or just wanting a slightly slower environment in which to train.  C2 is still a functional strength and metabolic conditioning class where each participant will be challenged each and every session. However, we aim to create an environment that supports the journey back to regular exercise and athletics.  Classes will take individuals back to the basics where movement patterns, body awareness, core activation and muscle imbalances can be strengthened and developed.  The goal of the class is to transition the individual onto regular C3 classes upon completion.

All participants must be cleared to return to physical activity, no exceptions.  This class is not part of the regular memberships offered at CBC.  Instead, registration for the winter semester is as follows:

January 3rd - 26th
8 sessions total
Tuesday's:  10:30am - 11:30am (with Jen Segger, strength + conditoning coach)
Friday's:  10:30am - 11:30am (with Maggie Philips, physiotherapist)
$112 + HST
