GETTING STARTED

Ready to put your goals into motion and start moving forward? The Challenge By Choice training studio has been developed to give everyone, regardless of where they are at fitness wise, a path to advance further on.

Step 1: Read through website and learn about the classes and training services offered. Set your own personal health/wellness/performance goals!

Step 2: Determine which classes you would like to attend based on your goals and then visit the MEMBERSHIPS page for which access pass best suits your needs.

Step 3: Visit the SCHEDULE page, create yourself a login name and password on the MIND BODY website. You will need this to sign up for all your classes, appointments and clinics.

Step 4: Visit the DOWNLOADS tab, print off and complete the following:
- PAR Q
- Waiver
- Client Information – All CBC Programs

Step 5: Come by the studio with all 3 of your completed forms and purchase your pass (note it doesn’t start until the day of your first visit) Best to swing by during OPEN GYM times when a class is not session.

Step 6: Upon payment, you will be able to sign yourself in to classes on the dates and times that work for you.

Step 7: Time to Train!!!!!
